The location of the house is suitable for young professionals who intend to commute to Luxembourg City, Kirchberg or the airport area. There is a direct bus (107) that gets you to Kirchberg in only 13 minutes. The slower bus makes the journey in 20 minutes. By car, it will take around 10 minutes to get to Kirchberg. The bus to Luxembourg-City takes around 20 minutes to reach the city centre.
The furnished rooms have access to a private or shared bathroom, a large communal living room, an open plan kitchen with dining space and a laundry room. The studio is self-contained and has its own kitchen and bathroom.

The house has been recently renovated and refurbished. All the installations (sanitary, electricity, flooring) and the furniture in the rooms (desk, wardrobe, bed, mattress etc.) are brand new.
